A Wondrous World

How wondrous is the world
When hearts are cleansed of shadows,
When faults are forgotten,
When sins are forgiven,
And every breath seeks the pleasure
Of the Knower of the unseen.

How beautiful is life
When it carries one who remembers,
A heart that still trembles,
A friend whose sincerity does not fade.

O God,
Grant my beloved ones
To gather the blossoms of Your bliss,
To drink from the basin of Your satisfaction,
To dwell in a home of comfort,
Forever lit by the radiance of Your light.

Kind, gentle, and bright,
Make their days soft and at peace,
Ease their worldly pain,
As you have created all things with care.
